It is used for children over the age of six. Adderall is a sustained
release formulation of the Adderall. This medicine contains dextroamphetamine
and amphetamine. One main advantage of this medication is that its
capsules can be opened and mixed with any juice of your choice so
that the children may not know that they are taking medicines. Children
who do not take capsules can be given medicines like this by mixing
in their drinks. Adderall XR makes it possible. Adderall is available
in the dosages of 10mg, 15mg, 20mg, 25mg and 30 mg capsules.
Concerta is
also a new medication that is used for treating ADHD patients. Concerta
contains the main ingredient of Ritalin in it. It has methylphenidate
as the main ingredient. Concerta is designed to work for 12 hours.

form of methylphenidate is available in the name of Metadate CD.

Atomoxetine which is sold in the brand name Strattera is a new medicine
for treating ADHD. This medicine causes and increase in blood pressure

suffering from any heart ailments.
